Asian Life Insurance revises 12% bonus declaration to 6% after the disapproval from Beema Samiti

According to the 122^nd Board Meeting of Asian Life Insurance held on Falgun 14, 2074 the decision had been passed to distribute 12% bonus share from the profit of fiscal year 2073/74. Similarly, for tax purposes 0.63% cash dividend was to be distributed.

However, since the approval from Beema Samiti wasn’t given 124^th Board Meeting held on Baisakh 12, 2075 has declared 6% bonus instead, and for the tax purpose of same 0.32% cash dividend is also declared. The decision is still subject to approval from Beema Samiti and the company’s coming AGM.
