Rasuwagadhi and Sanjen Hydropower have allotted the shares which the Rasuwa-based hydropower companies had floated to the selected public investors in two stages. Rasuwagadhi Hydropower (For Employee Provident Fund Depositors): Rasuwagadi Hydropower Company had issued 13,342,095 shares at Rs. 100 per unit from Falgun 11th to 30th of 2074 to members of the employee provident fund. Based on the results published after the allotment 188,963 applications were received out of which 1,085 were rejected. From the accepted application, a total of 66,652,370 unit of shares were applied which is 5.02 times oversubscribed. From the total applications, applicants applying for 50 to 60 units are fully allotted. Similarly, applicants applying for 70 to 500 units are allotted 70 shares each. After this 680,185 shares were left to be allotted, which was then allotted on lottery basis to the rest of the applicants who applied for 80 to 500 units. Under this group, out of 162,639 applicants only 68,018 were allotted 10 units each. Finally, the remaining 5 units was allotted to 5 applicants, one unit each based on lottery. Thus the lowest number of shares allotted is 1 unit and the highest is 81 units. R. EPF Rasuwagadhi Hydropower (For Promoter Staff) Similarly, it had issued 2,394,735 unit shares for the employees of the promoter companies for 5th to 13th of Chaitra, 2074. Application for 4,393,730 shares was received from 8,986 applicants. Out of which 22 applicants were rejected leaving 4,383,330 as valid number of shares subscribed. The Issue was oversubscribed by 1.83 times. From the total applications, applicants applying for 50 to 250 unit shares are allotted in full amount. Similarly, 8798 applicants applying for 270 to 500 are allotted 260 each. From the remaining 77,685 unit shares, the 8798 applicants applying for 270 to 500 units are again allotted 10 units on lottery basis, where only 7768 applicants are allotted. Finally the remaining 5 unit is allotted to 5 applicants, one unit each, who had applied for 270 to 500 unit shares. Thus the lowest number of shares to be allotted is 50 units and highest is 271 units. R. Promoter R. promoter 2 Sanjen Jalabidhyut Company (For members of Employees Provident Fund) Sanjen had issued 7,117,500 unit shares for the members of EPF. All the applicants are allotted 30 units each, irrespective of the number applied for. After this, the remaining 1,566,450 unit shares are allotted to 185,035 applicants on lottery basis where only 156,645 applicants will be allotted 10 units each. Thus the lowest number of shares to be allotted is 30 units and highest is 40 units. S. EPF Sanjen Jalabidhyut Company (For employees of Promoter institutions) Sanjen had issued 12, 77,500 unit shares for the employees of promoter organizations. Out of the total applications received, applicants applying for 50 to 140 unit shares are fully allotted. Similarly, the 8873 applicants who applied for 150 to 300 units are allotted 140 units each. From the remaining 27,460 units, the applicants applying for 150 to 300 units are allotted 10 units each on lottery basis.
