Find how many applicants got the auctioned shares from Pokhara Finance; Also know the cut off price

The preliminary cutoff price for auctioned 100,353 unit ordinary shares of Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) is said to be Rs 140. The bids were opened today at the corporate house of NIBL Ace Capital Limited.

Out of total 430 applicants, only 16 applicants will get the auctioned shares. Maximum bid price for the ordinary share stood at Rs 160.

Similarly, the preliminary cutoff price for the auctioned 80,345 units promoter shares stood at Rs 100. There was a demand from 7 applicants for promoter shares. Maximum bid price for promoter shares stood at Rs 103.50.

As a national level finance company, it should hike its paid up capital to a minimum of Rs 80 crore by the end of FY 2073/74. The finance company has also announced 8.26% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74. After the adjustment of right shares and bonus shares, the paid up capital of the company will reach Rs 81.63 crore.

The last trading price of PFL stood at Rs 166 as of today.
