Gorkha based Sadhana Laghubitta conducts 1st AGM; proposes 100% right shares

Gorkha based Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SALBSL) has conducted its 1st AGM at Hotel Gorka Bisuni on Chaitra 29, 2074. The AGM has endorsed to issue 100% right shares to its existing shareholders.
After the issuance of the proposed right shares, the paid up capital of the microfinance will reach Rs 4.90 crore while its issued capital is at Rs 7 crore.
The AGM has also elected Mr. Krishna Bahadur Thapa as new chairman of the BODs where Mr. Radha Krishna Bhandari, Ramesh Sapkota and Dinesh Thakali and Arjun Kumar Singh.
The microfinance is currently serving more than 3000 customers through 15 branches and provided credit facilities of more than Rs 28 crore.
