Hamro Bikas Bank to conduct 9th AGM on Baishakh 31; to endorse 7.30% bonus shares

Hamro Bikas Bank Limited (HAMRO) has announced its 9th AGM to be held on Baishakh 31, 2075. The meeting will be held in Hotel Satanchuli, Bidur-2, Nuwakot at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the meeting include:
- To endorse 7.30% bonus shares and 0.383% cash dividend (for tax purpose)/
- To sign the MoU for the merger/acquisition with appropriate bank and financial institution(s) an to appoint Due Diligence Auditor for the same
- To revise the facilities of the Board of Directors.
- To provide authority to the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum and the Articles as per the direction of the regulatory bodies.
Other agendas to be discussed in the meeting are issuing the audited financial report of fiscal year 2073/74, appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75 and appointment of 3 directors from prooter shareholders and 2 directors from the ordinary shareholders group.
The LTP of HAMRO stood at Rs 158 as of today.
