Last day to clinch 30% right shares of Womi Microfinance; LTP stood at Rs 1860

Today is the last day to get hold of 30% right shares of Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI).
WOMI will be issuing 10:3 (30%) 2,33,280 unit right shares for its shareholders at a par value of Rs 100 per unit to its shareholders from Jestha 16 to Ashad 19, 2075.
The book closure date for the right share has been set on Jestha 04, 2075. Only those shares registered one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. till Jestha 3, 2075 i.e. today are eligible to apply for the right shares.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right share issuance.
The paid up capital of the company stands at Rs 7.77 crore which after the adjustment of 10:3 right shares will reach Rs 10.10 crore.
WOMI has earned Rs 2.95 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75.
Its LTP stood at Rs 1860 as on the last trading day.
