Machhapuchchhre Bank signs Remittance Agreement with UPT, Turkey

Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited and Universal Payment Transfer (UPT), Turkey has signed a remittance agreement. The agreement was signed by Acting Deputy CEO Mr. Santosh Koirala on behalf of Machhapuchchhre Bank and CEO/Member of Board of Directors Mr. Serhan Kavi on behalf of UPT, Turkey. After the agreement, Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has become the first bank in Nepal to bring remittance from Turkey, says the press statement.

UPT is 100% subsidiary company of Aktif Bank- Turkey’s largest investment bank and it is providing remittance service from more than 4,700 location in Turkey. Having a distinctive technical infrastructure that focuses on customer satisfaction and customer oriented service system, UPT is the choice of many people in Turkey to transfer money worldwide. After the agreement, more than 12,000 Nepalese living in Turkey can directly send their money faster, easier and conveniently, and can get payment through branches of Machapuchchhre Bank Limited spread all over Nepal.
