Nabil Balanced Fund-1 to sell its remaining holdings via auction; Auction begins from Jestha 6

Nabil Balanced Fund-1 (NBF1) has already matured and it has been a while since its transaction has been suspended in the secondary market. It has been in the process of selling its holdings to wind up the mutual fund. The auction will begin from Jestha 06 till Jestha 13, 2075.
It has published a notice regarding the selling of its holdings via auction. The company currently has holdings of 24 different companies and 6 different debentures.
For the purpose of the auction it has divided its holdings into 4 categories;

The merchant bank has urged the bidders to place bids for all shares in Group C and Group D. Similarly, bidders can apply for minimum 1,000 unit shares of Group A and minimum 10,000 unit shares of Group B.
The minimum bid price for the shares have been set as Rs 100 and for the debentures it has been set as Rs 1,000.
The bidders are to apply using Good for Payment Cheque or Manager’s Cheque in the name of Nabil Investment Banking Limited for all the amount from the member banks of Nepal Clearing House Limited.
