NCC Bank appoints Sunrise Capital as issue manager to float 50% right share

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited has appointed Sunrise Capital Limited as its issue manager for issuing 50% right share.
Ramesh Raj Aryal, CEO of NCC Bank and Bijaya Lal Shrestha, CEO of Sunrise Capital have signed on the agreement.
Issuing a press statement published by the bank, it stated that NCC Bank will be issuing 50% (2:1) right share i. e 2,33,95,291 units to its shareholders. The bank's 19th AGM held on Bhadra 16, 2074 had approved to issue 50% right share to its shareholders.
NCC Bank has paid up capital of Rs 4.67 arba and after issuance of 50% right share its capital will reach Rs 7.01 arba. After merger with Infrastructure Dev Bank, International Dev Bank, Apex Dev Bank and Supreme Development Bank , the bank has able to add Rs 98.60 crore in its capital and will able to meet the NRB requirement of Rs 8 arba capital.
