Nerude Laghubitta signs agreement with UKAID Sakshyam to produce over 3.4K entrepreneurs at 6 districts; over 29K rural folks to receive financial literacy in 3 years

Nerude Laghubitta Bitiya Sanstha and UKAID Sakshyam have signed an agreement of Enterprise Development & digitalization of Microfinance Services on Baisakh 12, 2075. The agreement was signed between Mr. Mani Kumar Ajryal from the microfinance and Mr. Nirmal Dahal from the Sakshyam project.

Following the agreement, the project Sakshyam in association with the microfinance institution will be conducting enterprise development and financial literacy program through its 16 branches located at Sunsari, Jhapa, Ilam, Sarlahi, Rupandehi and Arghakhachi districts.

With the agreement, the project has aimed to promote enterprise among more than 3400 members and provide financial literacy to over 29000 rural folks in 3 years.

The signing event was also attended by Social Development Minister of Province 1 Hon. Jiban Ghimire, Dr. Vesh Prashad Dhamala among others.
