NIBL Samriddhi Fund reports NAV and Net loss at Rs 12.10 and Rs 10.40 crore respectively; NIBL Pragati Fund's NAV stands at Rs 8.62 as on Baisakh end

NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 (NIBSF1), a 7 year close-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Ace Capital Markets Limited, has reported increment in Net Asset Value (NAV) in Baisakh 2074 end.

According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV was at Rs 12.10 per unit, as compared to Rs 11.53 in Chaitra 2074.

The scheme which was with a total fund of Rs 1 arba, has invested Rs 83.87 crore in listed shares and Rs 2.61 crore in public issues, right shares and bonus shares.

NIBSF1 reported a net loss of Rs 10.40 crore for the month of Baisakh, from net loss of Rs 16.20 crore for the month of Chaitra.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 has bought 4,01,800 unit shares, the highest of Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme. However, its highest investment of Rs 4.04 crore in 48,492 shares of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited.

NIBL Pragati Fund (NIBLPF), a 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nepal Investment Bank, has reported minimal rise in NAV to Rs 8.62 as on Baisakh end from Rs 8.13 in last month.

The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has invested Rs 57.85 crore in listed shares of 64 listed companies and Rs. 1.85 crore in public issues, rights shares and bonus shares and as of Baisakh end.

NIBLPF reported a net loss of Rs 10.69 crore for the month of Baisakh, from net loss of Rs. 14.39 crore in last month.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Pragati Fund has bought 119,900 unit shares, the highest shares of Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme.
