Prabhu Life at Pokhara; IPO worth Rs 60 crore too coming soon

Prabhu Life Insurance Company has formally begun its operation from Pokhara branch from Baisakh 31, 2075.

The latest facility was inaugurated by Chief Minister of Province 4 Hon. Prithivi Subba Gurung amidst a program. the inaugural program was also attended by chairman of insurance company Mr. Ram Bahadur Pandey, chairman of Shangrila Development bank Dr. Rabindra Shrestha, chairman of Pokhara FNCCI Mr. Bishwa Shankar Palikhe, among many others.

The life insurance company has paid up capital of Rs 2 arba out of which Rs 1.40 arba belongs to the promoter shareholders while the remaining Rs 60 crore will be issued to general public in near future.
