Sahara Bikas Bank to convene its Special General Meeting today

Sahara Bikas Bank is convening its Special General Meeting today (Chaitra 30, 2074.)

The meeting will be conducted in the premises of the development bank’s central office at 11 AM.

The main agenda for the SGM includes the dissolution of the old board of directors and selection of the new board.

The bank is under the process of acquisition from Deva Bikas Bank due to which its transaction has been halted in the secondary market. It recently received approval to float 250% right shares to its shareholders.

It has posted net profit of Rs 54.32 lakh in the second quarter of the ongoing FY 2074/75.
