Sanima Equity Fund and Laxmi Equity Fund report NAV for the month of Chaitra at Rs 9.93 and 8.82 respectively

Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF), a 7 years close-end equity oriented mutual fund scheme managed by Sanima Capital Limited and Sanima Bank Limited, has reported its NAV to be Rs 9.93 for the month of Chaitra, 2074 which was Rs 9.88 in the previous month.

The scheme which was launched with a total fund of Rs 1.30 arba, has total investments of Rs 18.71 crore in listed shares and Rs 2.01 crore in public issues, right shares and bonus shares as of Chaitra end.

SEFU reported a net loss of Rs 87.91 lakh for the month of Chaitra which was Rs 1.61 crore in the previous month..

Out of its total investment in listed shares, Sanima Equity Fund has bought, 28,891 units shares, the highest shares of promoters shares of Nabil Bank Limited. And it is the highest investment of Rs 2.32 crore made by the mutual fund.

Similarly, Laxmi Equity Fund (LEMF), a close-end 7 years equity oriented mutual fund scheme managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited, has reported Rs 8.82 as its NAV for the month of Chaitra which has slightly increased from Rs 8.81 for the previous month.

The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 1.25 arba has invested Rs 62.54 crore in listed shares and Rs 5.95 lakh in public issues. The scheme has invested in 11.45 lakh unit shares of 55 listed companies as of Chaitra end.

It has reported net loss of Rs 14.56 crore which was Rs 14.65 crore in the previous month.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, Laxmi Equity Fund has bought 61, 574 units shares of Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) worth Rs 1.34 crore. Its highest amount of investment is made in the shares of Premier Insurance Company worth Rs 2.80 crore.
