Surya Life Insurance’s book closure on Baisakh 04, 2075; Shareholders holding shares till book closure to receive 40% right shares

Surya Life Insurance has announced book closure date for its 40% right share issuance.
The book closure date for the right share has been on Baisakh 04, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the life insurance company will be able to receive the right shares.
NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager.
SLICL’s current paid up capital is Rs 72.18 crore. After the issuance of 40% right shares, the company’s paid up capital will reach Rs 1.01 arba.
