10% Bonus Shares of Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

62,338 unit bonus shares of Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 5th AGM on 28th Poush, 2080, and endorsed a 15% dividend worth Rs. 93.50 Lakhs for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 72nd board of directors meeting on Mangsir 24 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 6.23 Crores. 10% bonus shares and a 5% cash dividend (for tax purposes) were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, ANLB has an LTP of Rs. 2,500.
