10% Bonus Shares of Everest Bank Limited Listed in NEPSE

1,06,98,094.44 unit bonus shares of Everest Bank Limited (EBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 29th AGM on 30th Ashwin, 2080, and endorsed a 20.53% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 357th meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) held on Bhadra 27 decided to distribute a 10.53% cash dividend and a 10% bonus share from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 10.69 Arba.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, EBL closed at Rs. 510.00.
