10% Citizens Bank Debenture 2090 (CIZBD90) Listed on NEPSE

An agreement between Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) was penned for a listing of 10% Citizens Bank Debenture 2090 (CIZBD90) today.
Following the agreement, 30,00,000 units have been listed at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. The issue had opened on 17th Ashwin and closed on 22nd Ashwin, 2080.
Himalayan Capital Limited was the issue manager.
As the name suggests, the "10% Citizens Bank Debenture 2090" is a debenture with a maturity period of 10 years and a coupon rate of 10%.
