10% KBL Debenture 2090 (KBLD90) Listed on NEPSE

An agreement between Kumari Bank Limited( KBL ) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) was penned for a listing of 10% KBL Debenture 2090 (KBLD90) today.
Following the agreement, 50,00,000 units are being listed at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. The issue had opened on 2nd Kartik and closed on 13th Kartik, 2080.
The trading of the shares is expected to begin on Thursday.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited was the issue manager. On the 22nd of Mangsir, 2080 the stocks were listed on NEPSE in line with the existing laws.
As the name suggests, the "10% KBL Debenture 2090" is a debenture with a maturity period of 10 years and a coupon rate of 10%.
