10 Lakh Unit Promoter Shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company in Auction From Today
The existing promoters of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) are auctioning 10,00,000 units of shares to existing promoter shareholders from today i.e. 30th Shrawan, 2080.
10,00,000 unit promoter shares of NRIC will be auctioned. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 335. Only existing promoters are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 30th Shrawan. The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the company located at Thapathali, Kathmandu.
As of writing, NRIC has an LTP of Rs. 740.30.
