10 Lakh Units Promoter Shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company in Auction from Today
The existing promoters of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited ( NRIC ) are auctioning 10,00,000 units of shares to general public/institutions including the interested promoter shareholders from the 8th Ashwin to 14th Ashwin, 2080.
10,00,000 unit promoter shares of NRIC will be auctioned. Rs. 335 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 10,000 units. Interested promoter Shareholder including general public/institutions are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 8th Ashwin.

As of writing, NRIC has an LTP of Rs. 681.50.
