100% Right Shares of Chhyangdi Hydropower Company Approved By SEBON

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the rights offering proposal of Chhyangdi Hydropower Company Limited (CHL).
The company will be issuing 100% right shares worth Rs. 38.69 Crores through the issue of 3,869,775 (1: 1) units of right shares to its existing shareholders.
The current paid-up capital of Rs. 38.69 Crores. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, i.e., 3,869,775 units, the paid-up capital of the company will increase to Rs. 77.39 Crores.
Global IME Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
As of writing, CHL closed at Rs. 445.54.
