100% Right Shares of Narayani Development Bank (NABBC) Now Listed in NEPSE

13,12,338 units right shares of Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company closed its 1:1 rights offering on 12th Magh; the issue had opened on 7th Poush, 2078. A total of 13,12,338 unit shares were issued at a par value of Rs. 100 per share on the paid-up capital of Rs. 13,12,33,800.
From the rights offering, 13,651 units of ordinary shares and 1,31,998 units of promoter shares were unclaimed, which were then auctioned.
After the adjustment of the right shares, the paid-up capital of NABBC is now Rs. 26,24,67,600. NABBC closed at Rs. 545 today.
