10,000 Units Promoter Shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta in Auction from 1st Kartik

The existing promoter of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited ( SWMF ) is auctioning 10,000 units of shares to the general public from today.
Dipak Sharma, a SWMF promoter is selling 10,000 units of promoter shares to the general public. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 1st Kartik.
Previously, the shares were auctioned to eligible promoter shareholders, since no applications were received till the deadline, the promoter shares are now being re-auctioned to the general public. The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office located at Mahalaxmi-04, Lalitpur, or at Kumari Capital Limited located at Naxal, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu.
SWMF closed at Rs.597.00 yesterday. Meanwhile, SWMFPO has an LTP of Rs. 225.55 as of 8th October, 2023.
