’10.25% Citizens Bank Debenture 2086’ receives 272 applicants till today; more than 50 Thousand units applied for

Citizens Bank International (CZBIL) is issuing "10.25% Citizens Bank Rinpatra 2086" from Falgun 20, 2076 to Falgun 23, 2076. If the issue isn't fully subscribed by Falgun 23, then the issue will be extended till Chaitra 24, 2076.

The bank is issuing a total of 25 lakh units debentures at a par of Rs 1000 per unit collecting a total of Rs 2.5 arba. Out of the total units, 15 lakh units have been separated for private placement and 10 lakhs will be issued to the general public. Similarly, from the units separated for the general public 5% or 50,000 units have been reserved for the mutual fund. According to the notice, 30,000 units have already been allotted.

Global IME Capital is the issue manager of the debenture issuance. As per the issue manager, the issue has received applications from 272 applicants applying for a total of 57,251 units of debentures till today. This only includes applicants who applied through C-ASBA.

The interested applicants can apply for a minimum of 25 units or a maximum of 9.70 lakh units.
