10.25% Citizens Bank Debenture 2086 to hit the market soon; 10 lakh unit debentures to be available for general investors looking for long-term safer investment option

Citizens Bank International is all-set to bring Rs 2.5 arba worth 10.25% Citizens Bank Debenture 2086 to the investment floor soon. The debenture will have 10.25% interest yield that is payable in a quarterly basis, as per the media statement.

Out of total 25 lakh unit debentures, 10 lakh unit will be available for the general investors and for the mutual funds while remaining 15 lakh unit debentures will be sold through private placement. Global IME Capital has been appointed as the issue manager of the upcoming issue, as per the statement.

The bank currently has 89 branches, 90 ATM outlets and 103 branchless banking units under its network.
