“10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089” Opening From Today

Sanima Bank Limited is opening the issue of “10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089” from today, i.e. 10th Ashar, 2079. The issue will close on Ashar 14. If not fully subscribed by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Ashar 24.

The commercial bank is issuing 20 lakh units i.e. 40% for the general public (including mutual funds) while the remaining 30 lakh units i.e. 60% of the issue is for the private placement. Interested applicants can place applications for a minimum of 25 units and maximum 20 lakh units at a par value of Rs 1,000.

RRB Merchant Banking Limited is appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issuance.

As the name suggests, "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089" has a maturity period of 10 years and will yield 10.25% annual returns to unit holders. As of now, Sanima Bank Limited has Rs 4.77 Arba worth of debenture in its portfolio.
