10.50% Century Debenture 2088 Now Listed in NEPSE

22,00,000 units of 10.50% Century Debenture 2088 (CCBD88) of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) are now listed in NEPSE.

Century Commercial Bank Limited had issued 22,00,000 units worth of "10.50% Century Debenture 2088 (CCBD88)" from Baisakh 21, 2079.

The par value of the debenture is Rs.1000 per unit. From the total 22 lakh units of "10.50% Century Debenture 2088" 40%, i.e. 8,80,000 units were opened to the public. The remaining 60% of the issue, i.e. 13,20,000 units were to be subscribed via private placement.

As the name suggests, the "10.50% Century Debenture 2088" will yield 10.50% annual returns to unitholders till its date of maturity, i.e. year 2088 BS.
