"10.50% Century Debenture 2088" Opening from 21st Baisakh

Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) has published an offer letter to issue a debenture titled "10.50% Century Debenture 2088." The issue will open from 21st Baisakh and conclude on 25th Baisakh, 2079. If not subscribed by then, the deadline can be extended till Jestha 04.

The total issue is for 22,00,000 units, with each unit having a par value of Rs. 1,000. While 13,20,000 units worth Rs. 1.32 Arba will be subscribed via private placement, 8,80,000 units worth Rs. 88 crores will be offered to the general public, including a 10,000 unit debenture already allotted to mutual funds.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 8,70,000 units.
