25,00,000 units of "10.50% Himalayan Bank Limited Bond 2086" of Himalayan Bank Limited are now listed in NEPSE.

25,00,000 units were issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 15 lakh units of the total issue were subscribed via private placement while the remaining 10 lakh units worth Rs. 1 Arba was open for the public issue, 5% of which was also allocated for mutual funds. The public issue opened on 15th Bhadra and closed on Bhadra 29.

"10.50% Himalayan Bank Limited Bond 2086" has a maturity period of 7 years and will yield 10.50% annual returns to unitholders.
