111,995 Unit Promoter Shares of Sadhana Laghubitta in Auction from Today
The existing promoters of Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDLBSL) are selling 111,995 units of promoter shares in an auction to the general public/institutions from today i.e. on the 2nd Ashwin, 2080.
Earlier, the company had published a 35-day notice regarding the auction of their promoter shares but since no applications were received, the company has re-published a notice to auction the same shares to the general public/ instituions from today.
111,995 unit promoter shares of SDLBSL will be auctioned. Interested general public/institutions can bid for the auction. Interested general public/institutions should submit their bids at the central office of the company located in Haramtari, Gorkha within 7 days.
As of writing, SDLBSL has an LTP of Rs.595.10.
