"11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85" Now Listed in NEPSE

50 lakh units of "11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85" have been listed in NEPSE.

Global IME Bank Limited had issued 50,00,000 units of "11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85" from 29th Magh till 14th Falgun, 2079.

50 lakh units were issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. Out of the total units 30 lakh units of the total issue were subscribed via private placement while the remaining 20 lakh units worth Rs. 2 Arba were open for public issue, 5% of which was also allocated for mutual funds.

As the name suggests, "11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85" has a maturity period of 5 years and will yield 11.25% annual returns to unit holders till its date of maturity.
