"12% Goodwill Finance Debenture 2083" added to SEBON pipeline; NIBL Ace as issue manager

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added "12% Goodwill Finance Debenture 2083" to its pipeline. The size of the debenture is Rs 25 crore.

The company will be issuing 2.50 lakh units debenture at Rs 1000 per unit. From the total 1 lakh units is for general public and the remaining 1.5 lakh units is for private placement. Similarly, the debenture will yield 12% interest for a period of 7 years.

NIBL Ace Capital is the issue manager of this debenture issuance.

ICRA Nepal has assigned [ICRANP] LBB, (pronounced ICRA NP L double B) to the proposed debenture program of Goodwill Finance Limited (GFCL). Instruments with this rating are considered to have a moderate risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.

GFCL was established in Jestha 2, 2052. It's authorized capital is Rs 1 arba and the issued and paid-up capital is Rs 80 crore.
