12% Goodwill Finance Debenture 2083 oversubscribed by almost 3 times by the general public; 960 applications received from the category

Goodwill Finance Limited had closed the issue of 2.50 lakh unit "12% Goodwill Finance Debenture 2083" on Chaitra 2, 2076. This issue was opened since Falgun 28, 2076.

Out of the total issued debentures, 1.50 lakh units will be issued through a private placement method to institutional investors while 1 lakh unit debentures will be issued for general investors.

NIBL Ace Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager.

As per the issue manager, 960 applications were received from the general public applying for 298,500 units of debentures. The collection from the general public amounted to Rs.29.85 Crore. The issue for the general public was oversubscribed by 2.98 times till the closing day.

The official from NIBL Ace Capital added that the final figures for private placement have not been received yet.
