12,16,418 Unit IPO Shares of CYC Nepal Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE; What's the Opening Range?

12,16,418 units IPO shares of CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CYCL) have been listed in NEPSE. This includes 8,21,082 unit promoter shares which is 67.50% of the total issue and 32.50% i.e. 3,95,336 unit shares issued to the general public.

The company had issued 3,95,336 units worth Rs 3.95 crore as IPO to the general public from (Baisakh 2-6, 2079). Out of the offered 3,95,336 units; 0.5% of the issued capital i.e. 6,082 units were set aside for the employees of the company and 5% i.e. 19,766 for mutual funds. The remaining 3,69,488 units were for the general public.

The issue had received applications from 2,202,361 valid applicants who had applied for a total of 24,483,650 units. The issue was oversubscribed more than 66.26 times. As per the allotment module, a total of 36,948 applicants were allotted 10 units each via lottery, and 8 lucky applicants get 1 unit extra, and the remaining 21,65,413 applicants returned empty hands. A total of 6,082 units were allotted to the staff of the company and 19,766 units were allotted to the mutual fund's scheme.

The opening range for the first transaction is Rs. 344.36 to Rs. 1033.08. If the first transaction is made within this range in the pre-opening session the next trading, the IPO shares will trade in the secondary market from the same day itself.
