12.21 Crore Units of NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2) Now Listed on NEPSE

The agreement to list NMB Sulav Investment Fund-II for the 12.21 Crore units collective investment fund at the price of Rs. 10 has been completed between the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) and NMB Capital Limited.
The symbol of the securities is NSIF2 for the secondary market trading of the company.
The company offered 12.21 Crore units to the public through NMB Capital Limited.
"NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years.
Previously, the fund structure was on a basis where 14% of the total 12 crores units i.e 1,68,00,000 units was allocated to the fund promoter NMB Bank whereas 1% i.e 12 lakh units were allocated to the fund manager NMB Capital. Hence, the remaining 10.2 crore units were allocated for the public issue. Given that each unit has a par value of Rs. 10, the fund was worth Rs. 1.2 Arba.
The company has increased the units of the fund from 12 Crores to 12.21 Crores, and the price of the fund has also been increased accordingly.
Hence, for the information of all concerned, now NMB Sulav Investment Fund-II fund is listed on the Stock Exchange.
