12.35% Bonus Shares of Miteri Development Bank Listed in NEPSE

11,15,733.6648 unit bonus shares of Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company had its 17th AGM on 27th Poush and endorse a 13% dividend for FY 2078/79. The 224th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 19, 2079 decided to distribute a 13% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 90.34 Crores. 12.35% bonus shares worth Rs. 11,15,73,366.67 and 0.65% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 58,72,282.46 were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing MDB has an LTP of Rs. 375.1.
