12,73,091 Promoter Shares of Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) in Auction from Today

The existing promoters of Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU), Mr. Sailesh Shrestha and Mr. Gyan Bahadur Dahal are auctioning 12,73,091 units of their shares to promoter shareholders from today i.e 21st Poush, 2079

12,73,091 units of promoter shares of PRVU are being auctioned at a minimum bid rate of Rs 141 per unit. Only existing promoters are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 21st Poush. The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the bank located at Bagbazar, Kathmandu.

If no bids are received from the existing founder shareholders within the mentioned date, then the shares will be later auctioned to the general public.

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) and Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) signed MoU for acquisition on Shrawan 15, 2079. Accordingly, the institutions will start a joint transaction by the end of Poush. Since Century Commercial Bank is being acquired by Prabhu Bank the Due Diligence Audit has endorsed a share swap ratio of 100: 100 for the acquisition.
