13% Bonus Shares of Everest Bank (EBL) Now Listed in NEPSE

1,23,07,542.27 unit bonus shares of Everest Bank Limited (EBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The bank convened its 28th AGM on 26th Mangsir and endorse the 20.68% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 18 decided to distribute 7.68% cash dividend and 13% bonus shares from the paid-up capital of Rs. 9.42 Arba. Thus, the bonus shares were worth Rs. 1.23 Arba.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. EBL closed at Rs. 513 on 20th February (Monday).
