13% Bonus Shares of Support Microfinance Listed in NEPSE

1,23,809.40 unit bonus shares of Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (SMB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 9th AGM on 17th Chaitra and endorsed a 13.6842% dividend. The 209th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 21 decided to distribute 13% bonus shares and 0.6842% cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 9.52 crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, SMB has an LTP of Rs. 1,636.
