The company convened its 12th AGM on 32nd Shrawan, 2081, and endorsed a 14.005143% bonus share distribution of Rs. 12,82,10,853.72 from the paid-up capital of Rs. 91,54,55,463. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of now, SWMF has an LTP of Rs. 827.
