14.25% Bonus Shares of Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

2,28,000 unit bonus shares of Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JALPA) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company called its 4th AGM on 4th Ashad and endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 16 Crores. 0.75% cash dividend worth Rs. 12 lakhs and a 14.25% bonus share worth Rs. 2.28 crores were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
JALPA closed at Rs. 1,315 yesterday.
