14.28% Bonus Shares of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

14,77,542 unit bonus shares of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 4th AGM on 30th Chaitra and endorsed a 14.99% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The company decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.03 Arba. 14.285% bonus shares worth Rs. 14.77 crores and 0.714% cash dividend worth Rs. 73.87 lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, JBLB has an LTP of Rs. 1,752.
