147.52% Right Shares of Radhi Bidyut Company Listed on NEPSE; 9.53 Million Units Made Tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of the right shares of Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI).
As per the notice published, 9,535,760.99 Units of Right Shares of Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) have been listed on the stock exchange. These shares can now be traded on the secondary market.
The company had issued 147.52% right shares worth Rs. 95.35 Crore at a par value of Rs. 100 per share from 5th Ashwin to 25th Ashwin, for the existing shareholders of the company. Out of the total issued not all shares were subscribed and the remaining shares were sold through an auction.
