15% Bonus Shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta (SWMF) Listed in NEPSE

11,87,977.18 unit bonus shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company endorsed a 15% bonus share for the fiscal year 2078/79 through its 11th AGM on 30th Baisakh. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute a 15% bonus dividend worth Rs. 11.87 Crores from its paid-up capital of Rs. 79.19 crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
SWMF closed at Rs. 661.40 yesterday.
