1.56 Crore Units Bonus Share of Siddhartha Bank Listed in NEPSE For Trading

1,56,55,533.54 unit bonus shares of Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The bank convened its 21st AGM on 28 Poush, 2079, and endorsed a 13.16% dividend worth Rs. 1.64 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 20 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.52 Arba. 12.50% bonus shares worth Rs 1.56 Arba and 0.66% cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purposes) worth Rs 8.23 crore were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

As of last week, SBL has an LTP of Rs. 263.
