18.3811% Bonus Shares of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Now Listed in NEPSE

76,90,652 unit bonus shares of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 7th AGM on 23rd Ashwin, 2081, and endorsed an 18.3811% dividend of FY 2079/80 for shareholders. The 30th meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 30 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.18 Arba. 18.3811% bonus shares worth Rs. 76.90 Crores were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, SRLI has an LTP of Rs. 423.00.
