19% Bonus Shares of Adhikhola Laghubitta Now Listed in NEPSE

1,90,000 unit bonus shares of Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AKBSL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company endorsed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. This is the company's first-ever dividend. The 142nd board of directors meeting on Mangsir 26, 2078 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 10 crores. 19% bonus shares worth Rs 1.9 crores and 1% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 10 lakhs were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing, AKBSL has an LTP of Rs. 1,775.5.
