19% Bonus Shares of Kalika Laghubitta (KMCDB) Listed In NEPSE

5,94,463.2816 unit bonus shares of Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) have been Listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 13th AGM on 29th Chaitra and endorsed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 31.28 Crores. 19% bonus shares worth Rs.5.94 Crores and 1% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 31.28 Lakhs were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. KMCDB closed at Rs. 709 yesterday.
