19.48 Lakh Promoter Shares of Nepal Insurance Company in Auction From Shrawan 08
The existing promoters of Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) are auctioning 19,48,538 units of shares to qualified general public/institutions from the 8th Shrawan to the 15th Shrawan, 2080.
19,48,538 unit promoter shares of NICL will be auctioned. Interested qualified general public/institutions are eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 300 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 100,000 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Insurance Authority's rule not to exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
Global IME Capital Limited is the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of the auction manager on 16th Shrawan, 2080.
As of writing, NICL has an LTP of Rs. 825.20.
